Before Your Appointment
If you are feeling unwell, have a persistent cough or have a raised temperature then please do not
attend your appointment.
We also ask that customers who have been in contact with other people displaying these
symptons reschedule their appointment.
- We will be operating a one-way system. All customers must enter through the front-door and exit by the rear-door.
To assist one-way movement customers will be asked to pay for treatments upon arrival. Those with pre-pay cards
will need to sign before their session begins.
- Please remove any items of jewellery.
- Should you have any allergies please take any antihistamines prior to arrival to avoid sneezing during your treatment.
- If you have not done so already you will be asked to provide your contact details.
During Your Appointment
In order to avoid contact with others we ask all customers to arrive as close to their appointment time as possible.
Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. If this should fall outside of the accepted range of 36.6°C to 37.2°C then you may be asked to postpone.
If you choose to shower a clean towel will be provided or you may opt to bring your own. If you choose not to shower you will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands.
A face covering should be worn except when facial treatments are being carried out. Please provide your own covering..
After Your Appointment
Customers can either shower or choose to wash their hands thoroughly.
Any salon towels used will be machine-washed after single use.
All contact surfaces will be cleaned in preparation for the next customer.
